Cancellation Policy
1. Billing Full payment is required to secure a spot in any Salsa & Sabor drop-in class or workshops, covering the session without extra fees. 2. Cancellation Policy To cancel a Salsa & Sabor drop-in class or workshop reservation and qualify for a refund, members must submit a cancellation request to Salsa & Sabor at least 24 hours before the drop-in class or workshop's scheduled start time. This cancellation can be processed through the student's account or by directly contacting Salsa & Sabor if the student does not have an online account. If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the drop-in class or workshop start time, or in the case of a no-show, the payment will not be refunded. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a drop-in class or workshop without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the drop-in class or workshop fee. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows. 4. Class Cancellations by Salsa & Sabor Should Salsa & Sabor need to cancel a drop-in class or workshop for any reason, all registered participants will be notified promptly. Please note that refunds will not be available. 5. Additional Terms All drop-in class or workshop fees are considered final upon booking and are non-exchangeable and non-transferable under normal circumstances. 6. Policy Modifications Salsa & Sabor reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and continued enrollment in our drop-in classes or workshops signifies acceptance of these new terms. 7.
